Linebreaker

The problem with the 'Wordwrap' feature in most software is that it only affects how that particular piece of software will display text, rather than actually inserting new line breaks. If you copy the text and paste it elsewhere then the long lines reappear.

So this Linebreaker program splits the lines with proper line breaks at whatever column number you choose.

TextStyle and AsciiValues

This program can do three things:

• Step through a file byte by byte and display the ascii value of each character.
• Tell you whether a text file has PC, Mac or Unix line breaks.
• Convert the whole file to have the lineending style of your choice.

Fontgrid

This program displays a grid showing the 256 characters in a symbol font including ascii values in decimal.
